Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Darit Technology Services. Our policy regarding refunds is as follows:
Services Rendered Fees for our services are based on the time, skill, and expertise provided. Therefore, payments for any services already performed (including diagnostic, support, or setup hours) are non-refundable. You are paying for our labor and knowledge, not for a guaranteed outcome.
Cancellations If you have pre-paid for a service, you may cancel your booking for a full refund of the pre-paid amount, provided you give us at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
Client Satisfaction While refunds are not provided for services rendered, we are committed to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with a service you have received, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will review your concerns in good faith and work with you to find a reasonable and fair resolution.
